The Cybersecurity Maturity Model
Certification (CMMC) is a certification procedure developed by the Department
of Defense (DoD) to certify that contractors working with the department have
the necessary controls to protect sensitive data. Specifically, this data is
called Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
This course teaches the concept of CMMC on how to get the certificate
and who must comply with CMMC. Further, we will learn the concept of CMMC
framework and levels of CMMC.
